According to Hitwise, Google search share was 70 percent in the United States in June. Google’s search share was actually 69.17 %. A 0.88% rise from May search which was 68.29 % . Compared to other search engines, Google is number 1, while Yahoo, Microsoft and Ask.com are 2nd, 3rd, and 4th respectively. From May to June, Yahoo dropped from 19.95 percent to 19.62 percent and Microsoft dropped from 5.89 percent to 5.46 percent.
This statistics was based on 10 million U.S Internet users. I can agree with this statistics because Google provides more relevant (supposedly) pages. I also like Google because pages are indexed faster with Google.

For instance, as of today, this site is 5 days old. I have submitted my sites to Google and Yahoo. I have aslo submitted my RSS feed to Yahoo and other RSS feed submit sites. I have done a Google, Yahoo and Msn search for this blog. Guess what? Only Google has indexed this blog. This is the result.

While a Yahoo and Msn search yield nothing. They should unavailable. I have seen Yahoo bot on my site but it is not yet in its search engines.
