There are 6 ways I know of how to open a new tab on Firefox. The ways are

Blank Pages

1. Through the file menu:- Go to the File menu –>Click on New Tab.

2. Using Shortcut:- From the file menu, you will see that the shortcut key isĀ  “Ctrl + t” . Remembering this is will save you some seconds of moving the mouse to the File menu.

3. Right Click on Tab:- When you right click on the Tab list, you will some list on options. Look for New Tab and click on it.

4. Double Click on Tab:- When you double click on an empty space on the tab list, it opens a blank page (This requires more than 1 tab to already be open).

5. Using the Options:- Go to the Tool menu –>Click on Options –> Click on Tab and choose how you want new links to be opened.

6. Using Ctrl Key:- If you want a link to be opened in a new tab, holdĀ  Ctrl and left click.
