Yahoo has opened their digg like social site to everyone. Initially, Yahoo Buzz was for only selected publishers. Yahoo did this because it wanted to gauge its success. After 6 months of testing, Yahoo finally opened Buzz to everyone today. Finally, we can have some justice. According to seomoz, top 100 Digg Users Control 56% of Digg’s HomePage Content. Now Yahoo Buzz will turn this tide (hopefully). Also, you don’t have to be worried of getting banned by diggs. Another advantage of Yahoo Buzz is that you story can be pushed to Yahoo’s homepage. That means load of traffic. Yahoo is ranked number 1 on Alexa.

To use Yahoo Buzz, you would have to login with your Yahoo account. If you don’t have an account, you can register. Registration is free, of course. Then you will but these buttons on your post to get it buzzed. You can build a Yahoo Buzz widget on your site.
